1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phtaya17 ("phtaya17," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phtaya17 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at https://phtaya17.vip and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

phtaya17 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the payment method used, subject to verification.

To register a phtaya17 account, you must:

• Be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted;

phtaya17 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

3. Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active phtaya17 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtaya17 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to notify phtaya17 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

phtaya17 will never contact you to request your password, OTP, or full payment card details via any channel, including live chat, email, SMS, or social media. Any communication purporting to be from phtaya17 that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.

Account verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals or at any time phtaya17 deems necessary. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

phtaya17 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. phtaya17 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to account verification. Verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya typically receive withdrawals within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. phtaya17 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

All funds deposited into your phtaya17 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. phtaya17 reserves the right to return funds to their source and suspend accounts where third-party payment is suspected.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

phtaya17 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods.

General bonus terms applicable to all phtaya17 promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each promotion;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn;

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

All games available on the phtaya17 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules specifically state otherwise.

phtaya17 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in licensed studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phtaya17 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return the relevant stakes to the player's account. phtaya17 is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phtaya17 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud;

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;

• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization;

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the phtaya17 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of phtaya17 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the phtaya17 Platform without prior written consent from phtaya17.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtaya17 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

phtaya17's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

phtaya17 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

10. Responsible Gaming

phtaya17 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play;

Upon account closure, phtaya17 will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to phtaya17.

You may close your phtaya17 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.

Players who believe they have a complaint regarding phtaya17's conduct may also submit a complaint to PAGCOR, the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, as the relevant regulatory authority overseeing online gaming in the Philippines.
